Title: Cold nuclear transmutation: strange outcomes and attempts of their explanations.

Abstract

The review of basic directions of experimental researches of cold nuclear transmutation phenomenon is given (loading by hydrogen (deuterium) of palladium, titanium or nickel, special conditions of electrolysis, action on liquid or solid metals of force impulse currents or electronic beams etc). Generalization of observable effects is made (heat release exceeding a possibilities of chemical processes, neutron, gamma and X-ray radiation, tritium appearing, modification of atomic and isotope structure, emerging of «strange radiation»). The series of hypothesizes for explanation of cold nuclear transmutations are conceded (hydrino, e-nuclei, erzion catalyze, dineutrons, unknown properties of a crystal lattice etc).
