Abstract
Experiments with the ‘high-penetrating’ emission require precise measurements and a careful monitoring of environmental parameters. These conditions are difficult to achieve outside a professional physical laboratory. In this paper we propose a ‘minimal’ experiment based on the EMF effect in liquid, which — in contrast to complex physical experimentation — is designed for accurate-enough measurements with minimum of complexity and cost of equipment. Such an experiment can be carried out under conditions of non-professional laboratory and is intended primarily for enthusiasts who want to verify the existence and some effects of the ‘high-penetrating’ emission.
